A healthcare facility in Maryland is currently hiring for the position of Registered Nurse for their MS/Tele Float unit. Below are the essential details:

Base Rate: $45/hr. - $50/hr.
Status: Open

Shifts: Night (19:00 - 07:00) and Day (07:00 - 19:00)

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Willingness to float to other MedSurg/Tele units, work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Active MD or Compact License required at the time of submission
- Mandatory COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations without exemptions
- Two professional references (one supervisor/manager and one charge RN)
Compensation:
- Base Rate: $45/hr. - $50/hr.
- Overtime (over 40 hours/week): 1.5% additional
- Charge Nurse Rate: $2.25 extra
- On-Call Rate: $3.00
- Call Back Rate: 1.5%
- Holiday Pay: 1.5%
Location: Towson, MD
Additional Information:
- Local candidates within a 50-mile radius are accepted at lower rates
- Background checks and adherence to travel policies are crucial
- Orientation of 16 hours.

Candidates must comply with vaccine requirements and are expected to be flexible in their duties, including floating within the hospital.
