Location: Panama City, FL

Salary: 26.40 −39.60 per hour (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000

About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Inpatient Rehab RN to provide exceptional care to patients recovering from stroke, injury, or surgery in a post-acute rehab setting. This role requires strong clinical assessment skills, autonomy, and a collaborative approach to support patients on their recovery journey.

Available Shifts:

Days (Rotating Weekends)
Nights (Rotating Weekends)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and recovery goals.
Advocate for patient safety and rehabilitation progress.
Utilize therapeutic techniques to promote mobility, healing, and independence.
Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and patient care standards.

Qualifications:

1+ years of recent inpatient rehab RN experience required.
Active RN license in Florida or multistate compact eligibility.
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Nursing Diploma required.
BSN preferred.
BLS certification required (AHA Healthcare Provider).
CRRN certification preferred.
