Salary Range:
Min: $38.15/hr
Mid: $49.72/hr (7+ years of experience)
Max: $61.29/hr (18+ years of experience)
Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case basis

Role Overview:
The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures high-quality, patient-centered care and supports all operations in the Level IV NICU unit. This role includes supervisory responsibilities, direct patient care as needed, and leadership in enhancing team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with admission and discharge processes to maintain efficient patient care.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure superior patient outcomes.
Provide coaching, training, and feedback to NICU staff to maintain the highest quality of care.
Oversee staffing and scheduling to meet patient and unit needs.
Ensure proper inventory management and equipment utilization.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent acute care experience as a Level IV NICU Charge Nurse.
Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; MSN preferred.
Licensure/Certifications:
RN license in Texas or compact license.
BLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications required.

Unit Details:
108-bed Level IV NICU.
Approximately 200 team members.
Interview Process:
Initial prescreen with recruiter.
Interviews with Nurse Managers, peer groups, and department leadership.
Local candidates: In-person interviews.
Out-of-area candidates: WebEx interviews.
Final hiring decision made by Nurse Managers.
