Respiratory Therapist
Job Summary and Qualifications:
Knowledge of patient responses, side effects and proper dosages of medications used in respiratory care. Able to communicate effectively with Physicians, patients, managers, and the publics. Ability to teach/instruct, assess and reassess others. Able to recognize and report abuse and neglect in patients. Knowledge of generally accepted practices in respiratory care as prescribed by the physician. Delivers, set-up, and maintains routine and non-routine therapies and equipment (i.e., oxygen, aerosol therapy, ventilators) utilized by Respiratory Therapy. Ability to perform and interpret Arterial Blood Gases.
What qualifications you will need:
- Neonate Resuscitate must be obtained within 60 months of employment start date
- RRT/Respiratory Care Practitioner (RRT / RCP)
- Associate Degree
- Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Advanced Cardiac Life Spt, or ACLS Instructor must be obtained within 60 months of employment start date
- PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt, or PALS Instructor must be obtained within 60 months of employment start date
- State Registered Respiratory Therapist, or Registered Respiratory Therapist Eligible (RRT)
- No Travel Travel Required
- No experience Required Years of Experience
- This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
NIGHTS ONLY (rotating weekends)
12 hour shifts

Registered OR certified
Prefer FL Lic or willing to get it
Salary range: RRT new grads $24.93, 10 years’ $30.54
CRT $22.66 new grads, $27.76 10 years’
All pay rates can be negotiable with HR.
