Role and Responsibilities:

📊 Continuously assess and monitor patient conditions, tailoring care plans accordingly.
📝 Accurately document treatment activities in EMR, adhering to all healthcare standards.
🤝 Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure the best patient outcomes.
🧰 Skillfully manage and maintain infusion equipment, maintaining high standards of care.
🎓 Educate patients and families about infusion treatments and health management.

Qualifications:

🎓 RN degree with significant infusion experience or experience as an IV Certified LVN/LPN.
🆔 Valid RN license in Kentucky.
❤️ Current CPR/BLS certification.
🚗 Ability and willingness to travel locally around Catlettsburg.
💻 Proficient in using EMR and other healthcare software.
