Salary: $53/hr (flat rate)

Job Summary:

As a Registered Nurse in our Pediatric Acute Care Float Pool, your role is pivotal in delivering care to a diverse array of patients across our hospital. You'll have the opportunity to float to Step Down, PCU, and Medical Surgical units at various locations. This position offers a unique chance to work with a wide range of patients and enhance your nursing skills. Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality nursing care across various units.
Collaborate with a team of clinical professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
Maintain accountability for the care provided to assigned patients.
Develop and expand nursing skills, including those related to Pediatric Acute Care.

Qualifications:

BSN is required.
Minimum of 1 year of NICU, PICU, CICU/CHSU experience is required.
TX RN License or Compact License.
Current Healthcare Provider BLS and ACLS issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross are required.
