Job Description: The Manager of Quality and Risk Management plays a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate the daily operations of the Quality Management/Patient Safety Program(s) and Performance Improvement programs.
Collaborate with the Director and leadership team to develop, revise, and implement programs, initiatives, and improvement strategies in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Provide leadership in data analysis, incident response, and staff education to advance patient safety and control/minimize risks.
Lead and facilitate designated initiatives.
Maintain and coordinate quality and PI report cards, dashboard, and other reporting mechanisms.

Qualifications:

Associate or Bachelor's Degree in nursing required; Master's degree preferred.
Three years of clinical experience required.
Two years of healthcare quality/risk management or coordinator-level experience within the last 3 years.

Additional Information:

Recognized by LeapFrog with a Patient Safety Grade A.
4 full-time direct reports.
Reports to the VP of Quality.

Compensation:

Salary Range: $75K min - $100K max, based on experience.
Sign-On Bonus: Evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
