🔍 Job Responsibilities:

Nursing Leadership: Provide leadership for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care and safety in assigned areas.
Collaboration: Collaborate with physicians and other departments to meet patient and family needs effectively.
Resource Management: Manage resources responsibly to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Quality Assurance: Initiate and evaluate patient care using performance improvement processes to maintain quality care.

👩‍⚕️ Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of manager/charge experience and 2 years of staff nurse experience in inpatient acute care units.
Associates or Bachelor of Science in Nursing required (BSN preferred).
Missouri RN licensure required, along with certifications in the area of specialty, BCLS, and ACLS.

💰 Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive salary range from $90,000 to $125,000 annually based on experience.
Case-by-case Sign-On Bonus and Relocation Assistance available.
Full-time position with no weekends required.
