RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator (Charge) – Full-Time Nights
Location: Kansas City, MO
Pay Range: $35.65 - $47.64 per hour (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus & Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis
Shift Differential: Additional $4.00 per hour for nights and weekends

Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced and motivated Clinical Nurse Coordinators (CNCs) to join our night shift team. This full-time leadership role is responsible for ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care while supporting overall unit operations. Rotating weekends are required.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and transfers to maintain patient flow
Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided in collaboration with management
Provide leadership to nursing staff during assigned shifts
Assist with scheduling and labor management to ensure appropriate staffing
Support inventory and supply management for the unit
Participate in performance evaluations, staff training, and development
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of acute care clinical and leadership experience
Registered Nurse Diploma required; BSN preferred
Active RN license in the state of Missouri or compact license
ACLS and BLS certifications required within 30 days of hire
