Compensation Package:

Base Salary: $120,000 - $130,000
Annual Bonus: Up to 15%
Relocation Bonus: $10,000

Department Overview

3 Cardiac Catheterization Labs
2 Electrophysiology Labs (3rd under construction)
Dedicated TAVR hybrid lab
New pediatric cardiovascular procedural space in development
4,000+ annual cath lab procedures
1,500+ annual EP cases
Serves both adult and pediatric populations

Primary Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for all Cath Lab/EP operations
Develop and implement staff training programs
Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain educational requirements
Manage department budget and staffing plans
Serve as liaison between administration and physicians
Drive technological advancement initiatives
Maintain high standards of patient care

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (BSN preferred for RNs)
Minimum 2 years Cardiac Cath Lab management experience
Alternative: 4 years combined post-high school education and Cath Lab management experience
