Emergency Room Registered Nurse – Days/Nights/Mixed – Full-Time
Location: Marion County, FL
Pay Range: $32.00 - $48.00/hour (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (Days) / $20,000 (Nights)
Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis
Shift Options: Days, Nights, or Mixed (Rotating Weekends)
Shift Differentials: $4.25/hour for night shifts

A leading hospital in Marion County is actively seeking skilled and resilient Registered Nurses to join their Emergency Room team. As an ER RN, you will provide critical care in a high-acuity environment, where your clinical expertise, quick thinking, and compassion will make a direct difference in patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver urgent, evidence-based care to patients with a wide range of emergency conditions
Triage and monitor patient status in a fast-paced emergency setting
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Document assessments, interventions, and results accurately and in a timely manner
Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines
Educate patients and families about treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of recent acute care RN experience (ER, ICU, or PCU preferred)
Active RN license in Florida or Compact license (must obtain Florida license within 60 days)
Associate Degree or Nursing Diploma required
BLS certification within 30 days of hire
ACLS and PALS certifications within 90 days of hire
ENPC, TNCC, and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 6 months of hire
