Key Responsibilities:

Oversee ER daily operations, staffing, and patient care quality
Lead clinical teams to ensure high standards and regulatory compliance
Manage hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluation
Collaborate with hospital leadership and multidisciplinary teams
Address patient, visitor, and physician concerns professionally

Qualifications:

Active RN License (Tennessee or Compact State)
BSN Required | MSN Preferred
BLS Certification (Required within 30 days of hire)
Minimum 2 Years of ER Nursing Experience
1–3 Years of Clinical Leadership Experience (Required)
