Job Summary: As a Surgery Manager, you will be responsible for:

Implementing evidence-based practices to enhance patient safety and quality outcomes.
Reducing variation in clinical practice and improving efficiency, effectiveness, and cost.
Managing admissions and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality, patient-centered care.
Providing leadership to create an unparalleled patient experience and consistent, positive patient interactions.

Qualifications:

Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
Registered Nurse license
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
3+ years of relevant experience
BSN required; acute care experience preferred

Additional Details:

Relocation eligible
Full-time position with no weekends
45 FTE, 46 beds
Elective procedures: orthopedic, neurological, bariatric, gynecological, and urological (350 procedures/month average)
Salary Range: $90k - $130k
