Registered Respiratory Therapist Opportunity in Kissimmee, FL

$25/hr.-$35/hr.
Signing Bonus: $7,500
Relocation assistance available on a case-by-case basis.

Join a dynamic healthcare team in Kissimmee, FL, providing exceptional patient care in a state-of-the-art facility. As a Registered Respiratory Therapist, you will administer respiratory care procedures, operate acute care ventilators, and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications:

Completion of an AMA approved respiratory care program (Associates Degree).
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
New graduates are encouraged to apply.
Must be Registered (RRT)

Responsibilities:

Perform all respiratory care duties under general supervision.
Administer routine and complex respiratory therapy procedures to patients of all ages.
Operate acute care ventilators for short and long-term mechanical ventilation.
Maintain accurate department and hospital records, entering information into the hospital computer system.
Ensure safe and effective patient care, following established protocols and procedures.

Additional Information:

Shifts: 2-day and 1-night positions available (rotating weekends).
Experience: All experience levels accepted; new grads starting at $24.93, 10 years’ experience at $30.54 (negotiable).
Licensing: Must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), prefer FL License or willingness to obtain.
Differentials: $4.50 Night Shift Differential, No Weekend Differential.
Signing Bonus: $7,500 (Relocation assistance available on a case-by-case basis).
