📝 Qualifications:

🎓 Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Nursing, Health Administration, or Business Administration.
🏥 Registered Nurse (RN) licensure or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required.
🚑 5-7 years' experience in acute care Hospital Case Management; 2+ years' in case management leadership.
