Position Description:

Responsibility for patient care areas 24/7.
Promote professional practice, administration, clinical activities, and human resource coordination.
Advanced management skills for leadership, department function, and educational preparation.
Plan and facilitate the fiscal planning and management of Cardiology Services.
Direct and coordinate Cardiac Services, including Invasive and Non-Invasive Cardiology, Cardiac Rehab, EKG, and Echo services.
Establish departmental procedures coordinating with hospital administration and medical staff.

Qualifications:

Current valid California RN License (No Pending Licensure).
BCLS & ACLS Certifications.
Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
Enrollment in a BS Degree program or BSN. (Master’s Degree preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of recent experience in Acute Care Cardiac Cath Lab.

💰 Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $122,470 - $183,726.40
Sign-On Bonus: Determined on a case-by-case basis.
Relocation: Offered on a case-by-case basis.
