Position: Nurse Manager of Cardiac Progressive Care

Salary: : $84,849 - $127,274

Location: Fort Worth, TX
Schedule: Full-time, Days

Job Summary: Under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Operations, the Nurse Manager shares 24-hour accountability and responsibility for the effective and efficient operation of the Cardiac Progressive Care department. Ensure patient and personal safety, maintain a safe environment, and adhere to Safety and Infection Control Programs.

Responsibilities:

📋 Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines.
🏥 Assure quality patient care according to standards.
💰 Achieve operational and capital budget goals.
📈 Maintain clinical management competency and professional growth.

Qualifications:

🕒 3-5 years of acute care leadership experience.
🎓 Baccalaureate degree in nursing.
💼 Current RN licensure in Texas with BCLS and ACLS certifications.
🌟 Prefer national certification in area of expertise (CCRN, CNA, CCRN).

💵 Min: $84,849
💵 Mid: $106,059 (10+ years of experience)
💵 Max: $127,274 (20+ years of experience)
