Role and Responsibilities:

🏡 Deliver high-quality in-home infusion therapy, tailored to individual patient needs.
💉 Administer a variety of infusion treatments, including IVIG, antibiotics, and specialized therapies.
📊 Continuously monitor patient conditions and modify treatment plans accordingly.
📝 Maintain accurate treatment records in the EMR system, following healthcare compliance.
🤝 Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
🧰 Handle and maintain infusion equipment, ensuring safety and quality standards.
🎓 Provide patient and family education about infusion therapy and health management.

Qualifications:

🎓 Degree in Nursing with substantial RN experience, or IV Certified LVN/LPN experience.
🆔 Valid RN license in Hawaii.
❤️ Current CPR/BLS certification.
🚗 Willingness for local travel in Kapolei and surrounding areas.
💻 Proficiency in EMR and healthcare software.

🕒 Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, PRN, Temporary.
