Compensation & Incentives:

Hourly Pay: $29.00 – $36.95 (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
Relocation Assistance: Available (case-by-case basis)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Cardiovascular Technician to join our progressive Cath Lab team. You will be responsible for supporting diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, ensuring quality outcomes through skilled, patient-centered care. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative environment within an advanced cardiovascular program.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with cardiac catheterization procedures including scrubbing, circulating, and monitoring
Operate imaging and hemodynamic monitoring equipment during procedures
Record and document accurate patient data and procedural notes
Maintain a safe and sterile cath lab environment and ensure equipment readiness
Participate in on-call rotations as required
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver outstanding care

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of recent cath lab experience in an acute care setting
Associate Degree required
Florida State Registered Radiologic Technologist license required
ARRT (R) or RCIS certification required (or must obtain within 3 years of hire)
BLS required within 30 days of hire
ACLS required within 6 months of hire
