Position: Physical Therapist (PT)
Location: 1650 Galisteo St, Santa Fe, NM 87505
Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday
Hours: 35 hours per week (No weekend rotation)
Salary: $40-$70/hr
Facility: 118-bed upscale location offering long term and short stay care

Job Summary:
Casa Real Nursing is in search of an experienced Physical Therapist to help our patients regain their strength and mobility. In this role, you will be a crucial figure in assessing patient needs, developing recovery plans, and delivering effective physical therapy.

Qualifications:

Must hold a valid PT license in New Mexico
Degree in Physical Therapy or its equivalent
Proven experience in a similar setting is preferred

Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients to establish a tailored care plan
Lead therapeutic interventions and assess their efficacy
Document all aspects of patient care and maintain records
Supervise and collaborate with PTA’s and support staff
Engage with various healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
