Position Overview:

As the Administrative Director of Emergency Services, you will be the linchpin ensuring high-quality patient care in our Emergency Services Department. Your leadership will shape the future of emergency care in our facility and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

Spearhead initiatives to enhance patient experience in the Emergency Department.
Foster a culture of excellence, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Drive employee engagement and professional development.
Oversee fiscal management, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
Engage with EMS partners and navigate the challenges of a large facility.
Champion our mental health and wellness programs, which have gained significant local recognition.

Qualifications:

BSN required; Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare, or Business Administration.
Current nursing license in the state; ACLS and PALS certifications.
3-5 years of recent ED Director experience in a large acute care hospital.
Certifications like CEN and TNCC are a plus.
