💰 Pay: $36.69 - $50.34/hour (based on experience)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Trauma Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced Level II Trauma Center. In this role, you will assess, monitor, and respond to critical patient needs while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Assess patient condition upon admission and throughout each shift, reporting changes as needed
✔️ Administer medications and monitor patient responses
✔️ Perform trauma-related procedures per medical provider orders
✔️ Ensure proper patient preparation, including IV therapy, preoperative medications, and surgical site verification
✔️ Document care and interventions accurately in the patient’s medical records
✔️ Act as a patient advocate, ensuring a safe and compassionate care experience

Qualifications:

✅ Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in Florida
✅ Education: Associate Degree, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
✅ Certifications (Must be obtained within 30 days of hire):

Basic Life Support (BLS)
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC)
Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) or Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses (ATCN)
✅ Experience: Minimum 2 years of trauma, ER, or critical care experience in an acute care setting
