Position Overview:
- Shift: Rotating Weekends, Day & Night Shifts available.
- Duration: Full-time, 12-hour shifts.
- Location: Bradenton, FL - A short drive from gorgeous Gulf Coast beaches.

Qualifications:
- Education: ASN (BSN preferred).
- Licensing: FL RN license or compact, BLS Certification (HCA or AHA), ACLS preferred.
- Experience: Min 1 year RN experience in a hospital setting.
- Physical Abilities: Frequent standing, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs), etc.
- Skills: Customer service, critical thinking, decisive judgment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated patient care, monitor, and assess conditions within the Burn and Wound Reconstructive Unit.
- Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report unusual findings.
- Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team for holistic patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment, and the recovery process.
- Document patient data and interventions in the medical record system accurately.
- Ensure adherence to established clinical protocols, guidelines, and best practices.
- Collaborate with other nurses, physicians, and specialists in patient care planning.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
- Adhere to and promote the Medical Center’s mission and values in all tasks.
