About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Nurse Manager to oversee the daily operations, patient care, and clinical outcomes of a high-acuity NICU. Responsibilities

Provide clinical and operational leadership in the NICU
Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care through evidence-based practices
Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations
Oversee admissions, discharges, and patient throughput efficiency
Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN required)
3-5 years of NICU leadership experience in an acute care setting
Proven ability to manage clinical teams and drive patient care excellence
Strong knowledge of neonatal critical care protocols and regulatory compliance
