💵 Salary Range: $84,849 (Min) - $127,274 (Max) based on experience
🌟 Join Our Dedicated Team: We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Manager to lead our Neuro Med-Surg unit. Our facility is a full-service hospital renowned for comprehensive care including specialized neurological, orthopedic, and surgical services.

Role and Responsibilities:

🧠 Oversee the Neuro Med-Surg unit, managing staff and ensuring high-quality patient care.
📋 Develop and implement policies and procedures that align with hospital standards.
📈 Manage unit operations including budgeting, staffing, and performance improvement.
👥 Lead a team of approximately 45 FTEs, fostering a collaborative and efficient workplace.
🚑 Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required.
📜 Current State of Texas RN license required.
💼 Minimum of 3 years of acute care management experience in a related unit.
❤️ Current Healthcare Provider BLS and potential ACLS certifications required.
