Job Responsibilities:

Apply nursing expertise and critical thinking skills to deliver safe patient care.
Collaborate with the care team for quality patient outcomes.
Demonstrate professionalism, adaptability, and teamwork in a fast-paced ICU setting.
Actively engage in unit and organizational activities, serving as a valuable resource.

Qualifications:

Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (diploma, associates, or baccalaureate degree). BSN preferred.
Experience: Minimum of six (6) months of clinical experience as a licensed Registered Nurse.
Licensure: Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License.
Certification: Current American Heart Association BLS Certification.

ICU Highlights:

20 bed Intensive Care Unit
2:1 patient to nurse ratio, focusing on open heart and stroke patients
