HCA Florida Fort Walton-Destin Hospital is excited to announce the opening of our StaRN Residency Program for new graduate RNs. This unique year-long residency offers a comprehensive training experience, starting with a 10-16 week PAID Classroom/Preceptorship program, depending on the specialty. The program is designed to help new nurses transition into acute care settings with confidence.

Program Highlights:

Intensive classroom training with state-of-the-art simulation.
One-on-one clinical preceptorship at the hospital.
Opportunities in various units including MST/Telemetry, Critical Care, ED, Women's Services, and Perioperative.
Competitive pay rates with increases after training completion.
Sign-on/Relocation bonus of $7,500 (2-year commitment).

Requirements:

Recent graduation from an accredited nursing school (within the past year).
Current Florida RN license or eligibility.
Strong communication skills and self-motivation.
