Annual Pay: $85,000-$128,000

📍 Location: Arlington, TX
🕰️ Shift: Day shift, M-F position with on-call accountability 24/7

📋 Responsibilities:

Direct and coordinate departmental functions for patient care and cost containment.
Maintain working conditions that enhance employee competence, autonomy, and accountability.
Ensure adherence to hospital and departmental business/strategic plans and nursing standards.
Supervise personnel, evaluate performance, and motivate employees to achieve peak productivity.
Develop and implement policies and procedures consistent with organizational and nursing standards.

📚 Qualifications:

3 years of Recent Acute Care Management experience within the unit REQUIRED.
Bachelor's in Nursing required.
Current State of Texas RN license or compact state license required.
Current Healthcare Provider BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross required.

💰 Salary Range:

Min: $84,849
Mid: $106,059 (10+ years of experience)
Max: $127,274 (20+ years of experience)
Pay is based on years of Experience
