Emergency Room RN – Full-Time
Location: Ocala, FL
Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Rotating Weekends)
Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Rotating Weekends)

Hourly Pay Range:

Starting at $30.60/hour
Up to $45.90/hour based on experience

Shift Differentials:

+$4.25/hour for Nights
+$3.00/hour for Weekends (minimum 4 productive hours required)

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 for Night Shift
Relocation Assistance: Available (case-by-case)

About the Role

We are seeking experienced and energetic Emergency Room Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our fast-paced and award-winning ED team. If you thrive in high-pressure situations, make confident clinical decisions, and are passionate about providing lifesaving care, this position is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Triage and assess patients across all age groups
Deliver high-quality, timely emergency care
Manage a range of cases from minor injuries to life-threatening emergencies
Monitor vitals, administer medications, and record patient responses
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary staff in crisis situations
Educate patients and families on conditions, care plans, and discharge instructions
Uphold patient safety, infection control, and HIPAA standards
Engage in professional development and continuous learning
Serve as a patient advocate in a fast-paced, team-driven environment

Qualifications

1+ year of recent acute care RN experience (ED, ICU, or PCU preferred)
Active Florida RN license or Compact RN license (must convert to FL within 60 days)
BLS (AHA) – required within 30 days of hire
ACLS (AHA) – required within 90 days of hire
PALS or ENPC – required within 90 days of hire
TNCC – required within 6 months of hire
CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) – required within 6 months of hire
Paramedic background is a plus
