RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator (Charge Nurse)
Location: Kansas City, MO
Salary: $35.65 – $47.64 per hour (based on experience)
Shift Differential: $4.00/hour for Nights & Weekends
Sign-On Bonus & Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis

Position Overview
We are currently hiring Clinical Nurse Coordinators (CNCs) for full-time night shift positions with rotating weekends. Openings are available across several specialty units, including Med-Surg, Med-Surg Ortho/Trauma, NICU, and Inpatient Oncology. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced RNs to step into a leadership role while continuing to provide hands-on patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee patient admissions and discharges to maintain efficient patient flow
Collaborate with management to evaluate and improve care quality
Promote teamwork to ensure excellent patient outcomes and service
Assist with staff scheduling and support optimal staffing levels
Manage inventory and unit supplies to ensure operational readiness
Recommend staffing, training, and performance improvements

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of acute care clinical and leadership experience
Active RN license in the state of Missouri or compact state
Registered Nurse Diploma required; BSN preferred
BLS and ACLS certifications required within 30 days of hire
