Position Description: Registered Nurse II (RN) MICU - Days/Nights - San Antonio, TX

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Registered Nurse II (RN) for our Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) in San Antonio, TX. As a nurse on our team, you will be responsible for consistently applying the nursing process, critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, technical skills, and leadership to independently deliver safe nursing care to patients. You will collaborate with the patient care team to achieve quality patient outcomes, demonstrate teamwork and adaptability, and serve as a resource to the patient care team.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited diploma, associates, or baccalaureate degree nursing program
Current RN License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License
Current American Heart Association BLS Certification
BSN preferred
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in ICU or MICU

Responsibilities:

Consistently apply the nursing process, critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, technical skills, and leadership to independently deliver safe nursing care to patients
Collaborate with the patient care team to achieve quality patient outcomes
Demonstrate teamwork, adaptability, and serve as a resource to the patient care team
Be accountable for delivering quality nursing care services and promoting a positive image of nursing

Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range from $29.07/hr - $40.58/hr and provide SOB and relocation assistance on a case-by-case basis, pending HR approval.
