Position Highlights

Location: Hendersonville, TN
Position Type: Full-Time; Days
Shift: Days, 10 hr or 12 hr shifts

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As an Operating Room RN, you'll be at the heart of patient care, responsible for:

📋 Assessing, planning, and evaluating patient care needs.
💉 Executing physician orders and administering prescribed medications.
🩹 Handling dressings changes, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
🤝 Serving as the primary coordinator for well-coordinated patient care.
📚 Instructing and educating patients and their families.
🌎 Delivering age and culturally appropriate care.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

🎓 Associate Degree, Diploma in Nursing, or BSN.
📜 Current TN RN license or Compact State equivalent.
🚑 Current certification as a BLS Healthcare Provider.
⏳ 1 year of OR RN experience.
