Responsibilities

Provide safe and effective direct patient care in the Med-Surg setting.
Assess, plan, and evaluate care needs based on evidence-based standards.
Administer medications, monitor conditions, and maintain documentation.
Collaborate with physicians and allied health staff to ensure quality outcomes.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery.

Qualifications

Active RN license (Florida or Compact).
Acute care RN experience within the past 3 years (or within 5 years with longer RN history).
BLS required (AHA).
ADN or Diploma in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
