Available Shifts:
• Days: 7a–7p
• Nights: 7p–7a

Salary Range:
• $30.69/hr (2 years of experience)
• $33.71/hr (5 years of experience)
• $43.20/hr (17 years of experience)

Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
Relocation Assistance: Available for candidates living 100+ miles away (typically $2,500–$5,000)

Shift Differentials:
• Nights: $4.25/hr
• Weekends: $3/hr

Position Overview:
This 523-bed acute care hospital provides comprehensive services including cardiovascular care, oncology, orthopedics, neurosciences, and more. The RN Renal Vascular position delivers patient-centered care within a 7:1 nurse-to-patient ratio. Candidates must live within a commutable distance (less than 60 minutes from the facility).

Job Responsibilities:
• Provide compassionate, reliable care to ill, injured, and recovering adults
• Perform clinical assessments and manage treatments
• Advocate for patient safety and quality care
• Educate patients and families on medications, procedures, and treatment plans
• Utilize time, supplies, and equipment efficiently

Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care RN experience (Med-Surg, Med Tele, IMU, PCU)
• Active Florida RN license or multistate RN license
• BLS required; NIH Stroke Scale certification within 30 days
• ASN required; BSN preferred
