Job Title: Registered Nurse - Trauma ICU

• Location: Baltimore, MD 21201
• Pay: $60/hr - $62/hr

Shifts Available: ☀️ Day Shift, 🌙 Night Shift (3x12-Hour)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• 🌡️ Monitor and provide high-level care to critically ill patients in the Trauma ICU.
• 🚀 Collaborate with a dynamic healthcare team to develop and adjust patient care plans.
• 🏥 Administer medications, treatments, and therapies with precision.
• 🌟 Maintain vigilance in a high-acuity environment, delivering exceptional care.
• 📊 Accurately document patient information, vital signs, and treatment outcomes.
• 🌠 Offer unwavering support to patients and their families during challenging times.
• 💪 Respond with skill and composure in emergency situations.
• 💡 Stay updated on the latest advancements in trauma and critical care nursing.

Experience and Requirements:

• 🌟 Minimum 2 years of experience (Multitrauma, ICU, adult care, intermediate care, telemetry).
• 💼 BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• 💼 Shift: 36 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
• 🏥 Be ready to handle high acuity cases.

• References Required - 2 satisfactory professional reference checks from recent employers. Charge RN's (supervisor directly), supervisor/managers acceptable.

• Must have an active MD or Compact License at time of submission

Important Notes:

• 🏥 Due to document deadlines, candidates must be available for lab visits within 48 hours of contract signing.
• 🌐 RTO (Requested Time Off) must be specified at the time of submission and cannot be changed post-offer.
• 🚁 Travelers will float within the hospital, and candidates must be comfortable with floating as needed.
• 🚢 Return Staff Policy: A minimum of 6 months away from the system is required.
• ❌ No Block Scheduling requests will be accepted.
