Position: Nurse Manager of Heart Vascular Care Unit
Location: Arlington
Shift: Full Time
Salary Range: $40.79 - $61.19 (Candidates with 20+ years of experience may be considered for the max rate)

Position Summary:
As the Nurse Manager of the Heart Vascular Care Unit, you will:

Direct and coordinate departmental functions for patient care while optimizing costs.
Maintain a conducive work environment that promotes competence, autonomy, and accountability among unit employees.
Ensure adherence to hospital policies, nursing procedures, and standards.
Supervise personnel, manage work allocation, training, and resolve issues.
Develop and implement policies and procedures in line with organizational and nursing standards.
Foster effective communication within a multi-professional team.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of recent acute care manager experience in the specialty.
BSN required.
Current Texas RN License or compact license.
Current AHA or ARC BLS certification.
