Location: Ocala, FL
Pay Range: $30.60 – $45.90/hr (based on experience)
Night Shift Differential: +$4.25/hr
Sign-On Bonus:

$10,000 for Day Shift
$20,000 for Night Shift
Relocation Assistance: Case by Case

Position Overview

Join a 12-bed Freestanding Emergency Department (FSED) as a Registered Nurse in Ocala, FL. This is a dynamic opportunity to work in a high-performing team environment where autonomy, adaptability, and rapid decision-making are key to success. You'll care for a wide range of patients from minor injuries to critically ill, while operating in a fast-paced, autonomous setting supported by a leading healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities

Triage, assess, and deliver care to patients of all ages in an emergency setting
Develop individualized care plans based on patient needs
Administer treatments, medications, and monitor outcomes
Provide clear discharge instructions and coordinate referrals as needed
Collaborate with physicians and support staff to maintain patient safety
Respond effectively to rapid changes in patient conditions
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold quality standards of care

Qualifications

Active Florida RN license or compact license (must obtain FL license within 60 days if relocating)
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred
1+ year of recent acute care RN experience required (ED, ICU, or PCU preferred)
BLS (within 30 days of hire)
ACLS (within 90 days of hire)
PALS (within 90 days of hire)
ENPC and TNCC (within 6 months of hire)
Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (within 6 months of hire)
Paramedic background is a plus
