Hunt, TX | Full-Time | All Shifts Available
Base Pay: $36.00 – $40.00 / hour (Experience-Based)
Shift Differentials:
Weeknight Evening/Night (6:30 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.) → +$2.25/hr
Weekend Day (6:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.) → +$3.25/hr
Weekend Night (6:30 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.) → +$4.75/hr
Overview
Join a compassionate team in a therapeutic residential treatment setting serving adults on their journey toward recovery from substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges.
As a Registered Nurse, you’ll provide direct patient care and promote emotional and physical healing in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.
Responsibilities
Assess, plan, and deliver individualized nursing care for detox and residential patients.
Administer medications safely and accurately following established protocols.
Document assessments and interventions in the EMR with precision and timeliness.
Collaborate with counselors, physicians, and nursing leadership to coordinate care.
Educate patients and families on medication, recovery expectations, and after-care needs.
Monitor for withdrawal symptoms and respond promptly to emergent situations.
Uphold confidentiality and maintain a calm, therapeutic environment.
Qualifications
Required
Current TX RN license (Compact accepted)
Minimum 1 year of acute-care or behavioral-health nursing experience
Current BLS (AHA or Red Cross)
Strong IV and medication-administration skills
Reliable transportation and auto insurance
Preferred
2+ years of behavioral health or detox experience
CRNI® or psychiatric/chemical-dependency certification
